  • We ship Worldwide, the same day from Europe. You can get the shipping cost from the shopping cart page by selecting your country. With standard shipping the estimated delivery date is 6 days after sending the parcel. If you need this item for a special occasion, we encourage you to contact our support at shop@khode.ch

  • Any changes or cancellations to orders must be made before an order is shipped.

    If your order has not yet shipped, get your order number and contact our Customer Service at shop@khode.ch to request a change or cancellation.

  • Once your Khode order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Europe: shipping on all orders less than €150 including taxes is €6.00.

    Worlwide: shipping on all orders less than €150 including taxes is €15.00.

  • Khode’s quality insurance service inspects every sold item and strives to ensure the authenticity and quality of your purchases. However if you are not fully satisfied, you have up to 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return.

  • We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to return the original item and go to to purchase the correct item in a new order.

     

    If you are buying a different size of the same item, have your order number ready and email our Customer Service for any assistance.

  • A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). You will receive a reimbursement notification email with the details of your refund 1-3 business days. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund.

  • The item(s) must be returned unused and undamaged in it’s original Khode packaging.

  • All items go through our physical control inspection and evaluation process. We inspect brand markings, date codes, serial numbers, materials, hardware, holograms and brand tags.
